Mock Meet - November 16, 2025

Season Opener

Date: Sunday, November 16, 2025
Location: Phoenix Academy Gym
Time: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (during regular Saturday practice time)

This is the season opener where gymnasts perform their routines in a simulated meet environment. It's a low-pressure event designed to help athletes practice competition skills and build confidence before official competitions begin.

Key Purpose: Practice competition routines and procedures in a familiar, supportive environment before the competitive season starts

Liberty Cup - December 5-7, 2025

First Major Competition

Dates: Friday-Sunday, December 5-7, 2025
Location: Greater Philadelphia Expo Center

The Liberty Cup is a prestigious USAG sanctioned invitational competition featuring gymnasts from multiple states. This meet offers excellent competition experience and draws top gymnasts from the region across all Xcel levels.

Multi-State Competition

Location: Rotates among Region 7 states (TBD)
Our Region: Region 7 includes PA, DE, MD, NJ, VA, WV, and DC

Gymnasts in Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Sapphire levels who qualify at their respective State Championships advance to compete against athletes from other states in Region 7.

Eligible Levels: Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Sapphire (must achieve qualifying scores at States)
Note: Bronze and Silver do NOT advance to Regionals
